Most of our arrangements are available in three sizes. The “standard” is the starting price point for that arrangement. You can upgrade your arrangement by selecting either “deluxe” or “premium”. By upgrading your arrangement, we will add more premium flowers making the arrangement larger and/or fuller. In some cases, the size of the vase or container will also become larger.
Most of the flower arrangements on our website are available for same-day delivery.
During checkout, you will be able to select the calendar date for your delivery.
If same-day is not available online, give us a call and our local VIP support
associates who are all experts will happily assist.
Same Day delivery orders need to be made by 4pm. A Timed delivery charge of $65 will apply if you place the order after 4pm for same day delivery.
All floral arrangements will be delivered inside the vase as shown on the site. You can request for a hand bouquet. Please mention that upon check out under instructions.
Yes. It is best if you provide us with a building name, department, and floor/suite number. The more information we have, the better we can ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.
Suprising the recipient with a beautiful arrangment is always something we thrive for.
If the recipient is not at home, our driver will call/text the recipient for further instructions. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you, we will ensure the arrangement is placed at a safe place and in a shaded area if possible.
Yes! Our arrangments are all made by our talented designers and pictures on our site are taken by our in house photographer. There will be instances where we are not able to acquire a certain type of flower, we will substitute with an equivalent or better flower that will closely resemble the look and feel of the arrangement you chose.
We recommend you change the water daily with fresh, cold water. For the longest vase life, change the water daily and trim the stems just a bit every day or so. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Every stem has a different expected vase life. As blooms expire, pull them out from the bouquet to keep the other blooms fresher and longer.
Avoid overwatering which leads to the demise of many more orchids than underwatering. Constant wetness will cause the roots to rot, which leaves the plant without a means for taking up nourishment which then causes the leaves to droop and will eventually kill the plant. The classic advice is to water the day before the plant dries out. If you have to let the plant go dry to figure out what a dry plant weighs, it will not kill the plant and will make you a better grower.
Succulents love light and need about six hours of sun per day, depending on the type of succulent. Newly planted succulents can scorch in direct sunlight, so you may need to gradually introduce them to full sun exposure. When you water your succulents, soak the soil until water runs out of the drainage holes. (If your container doesn’t have drainage holes, use less water.)
All deliveries will be made on the date you request. Once delivery is completed, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
