Local delivery times are from 9am-8pm.
Most of our arrangements are available in three sizes. The “standard” is the starting price point for that arrangement. You can upgrade your arrangement by selecting either “deluxe” or “premium”. By upgrading your arrangement, we will add more premium flowers making the arrangement larger and/or fuller. In some cases, the size of the vase or container will also become larger.
Most of the flower arrangements on our website are available for same-day delivery.
During checkout, you will be able to select the calendar date for your delivery.
If same-day is not available online, give us a call and our local VIP support associates who are all experts will happily assist.
Same Day delivery orders need to be made by 7 pm. A Timed delivery charge of $85 will apply if you place the order after 7pm for same day delivery.

Yes! Our arrangments are all made by our talented designers and pictures on our site are taken by our in house photographer. There will be instances where we are not able to acquire a certain type of flower, we will substitute with an equivalent or better flower that will closely resemble the look and feel of the arrangement you chose.
Floral care-
We recommend you change the water daily with fresh, cold water. For the longest vase life, change the water daily and trim the stems just a bit every day or so. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Every stem has a different expected vase life. As blooms expire, pull them out from the bouquet to keep the other blooms fresher and longer.
Orchid care-
Avoid overwatering which leads to the demise of many more orchids than underwatering. Constant wetness will cause the roots to rot, which leaves the plant without a means for taking up nourishment which then causes the leaves to droop and will eventually kill the plant. The classic advice is to water the day before the plant dries out. If you have to let the plant go dry to figure out what a dry plant weighs, it will not kill the plant and will make you a better grower.
Succulent care-
Succulents love light and need about six hours of sun per day, depending on the type of succulent. Newly planted succulents can scorch in direct sunlight, so you may need to gradually introduce them to full sun exposure. When you water your succulents, soak the soil until water runs out of the drainage holes. (If your container doesn’t have drainage holes, use less water.)
